Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
Present and promote residential and commercial properties to potential buyers
Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions
Schedule and conduct property viewings, site visits, and open houses
Negotiate deals and prepare all necessary documents for final transactions
Stay updated with market trends, prices, and legal regulations in Dubai real estate
Maintain strong client relationships for future business opportunities
Collaborate with marketing, listings, and administrative teams
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in UAE (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools
Multilingual skills are a plus (Arabic, Persian, Russian, Chinese etc.)
